My daughter's latest funny comment:
'Daddy, I've got a wish flower.'
Good, says Dad. 'What are you wishing for?'
'I'm wishin' for a pony.'
Ho, ho, ho - Daddy just about rolls on the floor laughing
(some while later)
'It's good to have aspirations,' says Dad 'go and have a ride on your wooden horse.'
I always wished for a dog. When I was young, my mum said that I was too young to help care for it properly. When I got a little older, she said that I'd be moving out of home in a few years anyway, so she wasn't going to get one...
